Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking may be eligible for a refund after deducting administrative costs. Refunds for cancellations after this period are at our discretion.

4. How long does it take to receive the final deliverables?
The delivery time depends on the project type. For standard photography and editing, we usually deliver within 7-15 business days. For large projects like weddings, it may take 3-4 weeks.

5. Do you provide custom editing services?
Yes, we offer custom editing tailored to your preferences, including color correction, retouching, and special effects.

6. What formats do you provide the final photos and videos in?
We deliver photos in high-resolution JPEG format and videos in MP4 or any other format of your choice. Print copies can also be provided upon request.

7. Do you travel for events outside Ambikapur?
Yes, we are available for events outside Ambikapur. Travel and accommodation expenses will be discussed and agreed upon during the booking process.

8. How do I receive my deliverables?
We provide digital files through a secure download link. Physical prints and albums can be picked up from our office or delivered to your address at an additional cost.
