End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“Licensee,” “you,” or “your”) and THE SG PRODUCTION (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for the use of any digital products, software tools, or subscriptions (collectively referred to as the “Software”) purchased, downloaded, or accessed through our platform or services.

By purchasing, installing, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install, access, or use the Software.

1. License Grant

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Software strictly in accordance with this Agreement and any related documentation provided.

2. Permitted Use

You may use the Software for:

  • Personal or business use.
  • Installing on permitted number of devices as per license terms.
  • Creating content, visuals, or documents as intended by the Software’s function.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
  • Share, resell, lease, or sublicense the Software or license key.
  • Use the Software in a manner that violates any law or third-party rights.
  • Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices on the Software.

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Software and its associated intellectual property remain with THE SG PRODUCTION. This Agreement grants you no ownership rights—only the right to use the product as licensed.

5. Software Updates and Support

  • We may provide updates or upgrades from time to time to enhance performance or fix issues.
  • Technical support may be offered via email or online ticketing depending on your product license level.

6. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete/destroy all copies of the Software.

7. No Warranty

The Software is provided “as-is” without any warranties, either express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall THE SG PRODUCTION be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits arising out of the use of the Software.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Ambikapur, Chhattisgarh.
